My first trip to the Natural History museum was the exact place where I realised that I had an
excitement and enthusiasm to draw natural forms, as well as my first time in a forest in
Poland, which galvanised my interest in nature. I am most interested in landscape architecture because it gives me the possibility to convey my thoughts and theories through an object by having the ability to make or change worlds, I find it exciting when the things that I create gradually
build muscle and come to life. As I have witnessed these changes happening my intentions of
becoming a designer grew. My ambition in life is to become a professional landscape architect;
I've wanted to achieve this goal ever since I admired the talent in architecture and the
sophistication in nature.

My work covers a range of subjects that vary from the architecture in nature to the destruction of organic materials. The first three images are arguments about the male ego vs nature and their combinations, by elevating a 2D image into a 3D object, finds geometry and mathematics in nature. The 4th and 5th images are about the vulnerable and helpless natural materials in the world that become consumed by the effects from fire/deforestation. The rest of the images are on a current project I’m doing about journeys; in the project I’m interested in the physical actions in a journey, the different experiences in the changes in terrain and the approach towards the optical perspective which creates distance, thus making an illusion of a depth of field.
I’m interested in the course because it offers me the chance to express myself at a professional level. I want to study at Manchester Metropolitan because of the ability to work within a large studio space which allows me to delve fully into my work and make the space my own, therefore producing far more personalized work. Whilst I spent my last visit there I was inspired by the facilities and felt that all of my needs and wants are offered to me.
